Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping is available on all StowFold orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

Delivery estimates

After processing, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and include your order number.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping fees.
